Original Manufacturer Warranty:

All New merchandise purchased comes with the original Manufacturers where applicable.

GPP Used/Refurbished Warranty:

Used or Refurbished items purchased have no implied warranty (except slot machines). All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Note warranty exceptions if an extended warranty is purchased at the time of sale. Some “special or sold as is” items may not be eligible.

15 Day Repaired / Equipment Limited Warranty:

We provide you with a 15-day warranty on repair work we perform. Our warranty includes the specific repair work performed plus any parts we install in your equipment for 15 days from the date of repair. Our 15-day repair warranty covers the following: GPP will cover telephone diagnosis and repair, necessary parts and related labor at GPP’s facilities in-house that may be deemed necessary by GPP. The following exceptions apply: The merchandise and/or part in need of repair must be shipped or returned to GPP at the sole cost of the customer. GPP will cover the necessary cost to warranty the merchandise and/or part, once repaired. Shipment back to the customer’s location as well as the reinstallation or setup of the merchandise and/or part will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the customer wishes to have this warranty work completed at the customer’s home or location, the labor cost will be the sole cost of the customer.

GPP 60 Day Refurbished / Used Merchandise Limited Warranty: $99

Our 60 Day refurbished/used merchandise limited warranty covers the following on all equipment sold and delivered in the United States: for the first 60 days after you receive the merchandise. “GPP” will cover telephone diagnosis and repair, necessary parts and related labor at “GPP’s” facilities in-house that may be deemed necessary by “GPP” on refurbished products. The following expectations apply: The merchandise and/or part in need of repair must be shipped or returned to “GPP” at the sole cost of the customer. “GPP” will cover the necessary cost to warranty the merchandise and/or part. Once repaired, shipment back to the customer’s location as well as reinstallation or setup of the merchandise and/or part will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the customer wishes to have this warranty work completed at the customer’s home or location, the labor cost will be at the sole cost of the customer.

GPP 1-Year Extended Warranty Plan: $295

This warranty offers you additional coverage for one year from your merchandise delivery date in addition to the original manufacturer warranty when applicable. This GPP warranty covers all of the following only: Any labor for games shipped or brought back to GGP, most electronic circuit boards up to $300, game monitors up to $300, ad displays, bumpers and flippers, trackballs, buttons, joysticks, steering wheels, game power supplies, jukebox amplifiers and electronics, fuses, air hockey electronics and blowers, coin acceptors, power cords. The merchandise and/or part in need of repair must be shipped or returned to “GPP” at the sole cost of the customer. “GPP” will cover the necessary cost to warranty the merchandise and/or part. Once repaired, shipment back to the customer’s location as well as reinstallation or setup of the merchandise and/or part will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the customer wishes to have this warranty work completed at the customer’s home or location, the labor cost will be at the sole cost of the customer. If the game is used in a commercial environment, all warranties are void as warranties are good for home use only.

GPP 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan: $395

This warranty offers you additional coverage for two years from your merchandise delivery in addition to the original manufacturer warranty when applicable. This GPP warranty covers all of the following only: Any labor for games shipped or brought back to GGP, most electronic circuit boards up to $400, game monitors up to $400, ad displays, bumpers and flippers, trackballs, buttons, joysticks, steering wheels, game power supplies, jukebox amplifiers and electronics, fuses, air hockey electronics and blowers, coin acceptors, power cords. The merchandise and/or part in need of repair must be shipped or returned to “GPP” at the sole cost of the customer. “GPP” will cover the necessary cost to warranty the merchandise and/or part. Once repaired, shipment back to the customer’s location as well as reinstallation or setup of the merchandise and/or part will be at the sole expense of the customer. If the customer wishes to have this warranty work completed at the customer’s home or location, the labor cost will be at the sole cost of the customer. If the game is used in a commercial environment, all warranties are void as warranties are good for home use only.

Warranty Exceptions and Exclusions

All warranties do not cover the following: Product misuse or abuse in any way damaged caused by the shipping or moving of the merchandise. Damage caused by working on or attempting to repair the merchandise by anyone other than persons authorized by GPP. Merchandise dropped or knocked over, any physical or cosmetic damage to the product whatsoever including glass breakage and monitor adjustments. Damage caused by an Act of God including but not limited to flooding, weather, storms, water, electricity, sunlight, outdoors, extreme heat, or cold. The game being used in a commercial environment. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions, accidental damage, or power voltage issues. Damage caused by any shipping or transit. Any warranty work performed by someone not authorized by GPP will void your warranty. All products are sold as-is unless specifically listed in writing by GPP. GPP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchandise and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Cancellation/Return Policy

All sales are final. A minimum 25% fee will be charged for any canceled orders after your payment has been processed. Custom orders and refurbished/used merchandise will be charged a minimum 25% cancellation fee. Merchandise cannot be returned due to shipping delays, or if items do not fit into the home or the desired location in the home. GPP reserves the right to cancel any order due to the discontinuation of an item or its availability and will issue a full refund.
